Refund law

One of the exceptions to the refund law, is digital content. The reason for that is, that anyone would be able to buy, download and then want a refund, even though they already downloaded the file. This would obviously not be sustainable, as anyone would be able to abuse it without consequence.

Refund policy

In other words am I not required to give refunds. I will however gladly give you a refund, if you have a valid reason, such as:
– Buying the wrong product.
– Buying the same product twice.
– Getting a faulty product.
Or you might have another reason altogether.
