Geo Run

Geo Run can serve as a refreshing break in any subject, but it particularly enhances geography learning. It can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors, covering longer distances.

To get started, print out a specific Geo Run challenge, such as the free States of America version. Remember to use A3/tabloid paper size. Once you have the printed materials ready, place an empty map on a wall or table, equal to the amount of groups participating. Distribute a filled-out map to each participating group. Each group takes turns examining their map and memorizing the locations and information they need to write on the empty map further away. If they forget, they can run back to refresh their memory before returning to write it down. Once they finish writing it down, they return to the back of their group, and the next person takes their turn to run and write. This process continues until the entire map is filled out.

It can also be played by using a single empty map and dividing participants into different groups, assigning each group a different color to write with. The group with the highest number of correct write-downs wins.
